When did you start your radio career?

I started back in 1975.

How did you get into radio?

A friend of mine introduced me to join a radio workshop; and that started it all.

How was your first boardwork?

It wasn’t nerve-wracking as I thought it would be. But, nonetheless, bloopers occurred left and right.

Any memorable thing happened in your rookie year as a jock?

Nothing I can remember. It’s human—you remember the bad more than you remember the pleasant ones.

Did you have the full support of your family when you started out?

No, they weren’t.

When you’re not on air, what kind of music do you listen to?

Oh, I listen to country, classical and mellow music.
